BAUHAUS POSTER

Tasked to create a poster for a typeface, I picked Bauhaus as I was fascinated with its style and history. Bauhaus, the famous art and design school in Germany known for its revolutionary works, is represented in this poster through the emphasis of the rounded, geometric forms and thematic elements of free flowing, artistic creativity. An ampersand is connected with a capital Q to create an interesting form. The alphabet is listed in two rows and the tagline "stand out with bauhaus" is used to emphasize the innovative nature of the Bauhaus. The overlapping forms add complexity and hierarchy to the piece.
